The Club
Automobile Club Sirocco was created in Morocco by Mohamed Ettoubaji and Khalil Belfqih. It grew from the spirit surrounding Rallye Sirocco — the long days on the road, the crews who arrived as strangers and left as a family — and from a simple conviction: that automotive culture connects far more than cars.
The Club is the permanent institution behind Rallye Sirocco and, in time, behind other rallies, grand touring journeys, gatherings, driving experiences, cultural expeditions and concours. It is new. It intends to last, the way good roads do.
We are here to push rallying in Morocco further, and to hold it to a higher, newer standard.

Born from a rally
The rally would end.The road would not.
Rallye Sirocco began as a loop drawn on a map: out of Marrakech, over the High Atlas, down to the dunes and back. Somewhere on that loop, between a timed section and a late dinner, an idea took shape. The rally would end. The road would not.
Automobile Club Sirocco is that idea, given an address. Not a building — an institution: the keeper of the rally, the host of whatever comes next, and a home for the people who understood, without being told, why we drive.
The name comes from the wind that crosses the Sahara and arrives, warm and insistent, on the far side of the mountains. It seemed right for a club that intends to travel.

From Atlantic roads to Atlas passes and the long horizons of the south, Morocco is more than our home. It is the terrain on which the Sirocco story is written — in switchbacks and dust, and in a golden hour that seems to arrive earlier here than anywhere else.
